Jofri ships its jewelry worldwide, selecting professional and trusted couriers for the job. Our usual courier is GLS (www.gls-italy.com)

Every jewel is wrapped with special evelopes to protect it from bumps and pressions during the shipping and the delivery. Moreover, the jewel will be handed to you in a special gift package, as described in this section of our website.

The courier will check by phone if you’re at home to receive your jewel. If you don’t answer, he will call you again the day after, until a maximum of 3 calls, without any further cost. In case the three-day limit is exceeded, you will be charged an extra fee of € 5,16.

For purchases worth more than € 2500, the delivery will be carried out by a special armoured vehicle. The shipping fees will need an extra fee for that. Here is the chart with all the fees for the different countries that our courier reaches:
