For gold, silver and bronze there are no problems, but for steel rings the process is more difficult, but still possible. In many cases we've been asked to shorten a long necklace or a bracelet. This is another possible customization, but it is more complicated to lengthen them, that usually can be made by adding a plate or other components. A very popular customization is to engrave an inscription on rings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, etc... In this case you just need to tell us what you'd like to be engraven (for example with a draw, image or word file) and where you want it, usually the are no problems with this processing.
