According to the same article, it’s possible to request the removal, the anonymous modification and the complete blockage of sensible data violating the law, or oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.

Withdrawal Right
Although our photos depict our jewels as realistic as technology allows, we have thought possible for our customers not to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

If that’s the case, we are ready to refund the whole price of the jewel (shipping fees not included). You need JavaScript enabled to view it , reporting your order number and the code of the item you want to send us back, within 15 days from the delivery of the package. This mail will be analyzed by our team and within 2 working days you are supposed to receive the authorization to the refund, with all the information you need on how to proceed with it.

Obviously, if the reason of your dissatisfaction is a mistake made by Jofri, we are ready to refund you the whole sum of money, shipping fees included.

In case you wish to exchange your jewel with any other item on Jofri’s catalogue, just send us an email to the address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , specifying the code of the item you want to give back and the code of the item you want in exchange. If your new jewel is less, or more expensive than the old one, the difference will be credited, or charged, to you. Within 48 hours you will receive an answer to your email with further information on how to proceed.

1. Quality Guaranteed: Jofri guarantees every jewel on its catalogue as far as gemstones’ authenticity, pure golden percentage and materials used during production are concerned. Jofri attaches to every Item the shipping documentation and the original and specific Warranty Document, in order to work as transparent and bold as possible towards its customers.

2. Certifications: every diamond weighing more than 30 points is accompanied by a Gemological Certificate, released by one of the most important laboratories in the world: here’s a list of the Labs we usually employ for those analysis: H.R.D. (Diamond High Council), I.G.I. (International Gemological Institute of Antwerp), G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America), A.G.I. (Antwerpse Gemologische Instelling), E.G.L. (European Gemological Laboratory), A.G.S. (American Gem Society).
   Jofri also guarantees the authenticity of the stones and all the materials constituting our jewels through its special “Jofri Warranty Certificate”.

3. Shipping: Jofri assures the shipping of the jewel within 24 hours from the acceptance of your order and guarantees a delivery time of 3 working days as a maximum. Every item will be packed with special wrappings and envelopes, specifically designed to protect your jewel during the shipping.
   The delivery is carried out by trusted couriers, who have been accurately selected for this task.

4. privacy: it’s not part of Jofri’s professional ethic to use sensible and personal data for profit purposes. The data in our possession will not be handed or sold to third parts or made public in any case, and will only be communicated to the delivery couriers, or the credit institutes directly involved in the transactions.
