Although our photos depict our jewels as realistic as technology allows, we have thought possible for our customers not to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

, reporting your order number and the code of the item you want to send us back, within 15 days from the delivery of the package. This mail will be analyzed by our team and within 2
working days you are supposed to receive the authorization to the refund, with all the information you need on how to proceed with it.
Obviously, if the reason of your dissatisfaction is a mistake made by Jofri, we are ready to refund you the whole sum of money, shipping fees included.

specifying the code of the item you want to give back and the code of the item you want in exchange. If your new jewel is less, or more expensive than the old one, the difference will be credited, or charged, to you.
